Return Policy

Returns are free for all customers when you use our pre-paid return shipping label. 

Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the criteria below:  

We will only accept returns for merchandise that is unwashed, unused, and in original condition with all tags and labels still attached. Surfline reserves the right to refuse a refund/return of any merchandise that has signs of wear, alterations, misuse, or damage.  

Please ship all wetsuit returns in their original packaging or another adequately sized container. Stuffing a wetsuit into a small bag can damage it, and the return may not be accepted. 

Custom wetsuits, including those from 7till8, are final sale because they are made specifically for you and cannot be resold from our store. However, they are covered by 7till8 warranty, including the ability to adjust the fit. Please see the 7Till8 website here for more information about their warranty and final sale policy. 

Items listed as final sale cannot be returned for a refund. 

Shipping charges incurred during your original order are not refundable.  

We only accept returns for merchandise purchased through the Surfline Store, proof of purchase required 

To initiate a return, please send an email to [email protected] with your order number, the products that you would like to return, and the reason for the return(s). We can then provide a return shipping label.


Please note that at this time we are unable to offer exchanges. We recommend requesting a return for the item you'd like to return and placing a new order for the desired item
